SBC pastoral staff and church volunteers will be serving the Chatt Foundation lunch to the homeless community and your staff is also welcome to join in. I believe you had mention for us to plan for 200-220 people.
We will set up around 10-10:30am in the front area you had suggested and start serving at 11:30am.
We plan on grilling burgers and hotdogs, have drinks, chips, cookies and distribute some toiletries and other items.
